NEW New API methods to delete or purge a memory or termbase

New methods are added to API v2. One to delete a resource and one to purge all content (segments) of a resource. The methods are documented here:

The order form settings and accordingly the order form have been amended to support interpreter sessions.

NEW Interpretation jobs: User interface improved for creating and amanaging interpreter jobs

Standard projects and job pages have been improved for interpreter work. Interpreter tasks now allow filling in a fixed start and end date. For convenience they also show the duration of the interpreting session.

NEW Resource details page: New button to completely empty/purge a resource

The resource details page gets a new "Purge..." button to entirely empty the resource: All segments are deleted. This function is useful if you need to completely clean a resource before uploading new contents.

NEW New minimum fee option in price lists: Choose to apply minimum fee per Codyt job or per invoice

With Codyt the minimum fee is applied individually per Codyt job (suppliers) or per document/language pair (clients). The fee is applied manually or automatically when calculating the cost for individual documents or jobs. It is now possible to apply the minimum fee when creating invoices only. This permits to create (for example) a client invoice comprising multiple documents and apply a minimum fee for the total of the selected documents.

The tooltip is not displaying entirely the tag name when hovering the tag, it is cut. It is a design issue and the tag name not displaying entirely.

FIX Pricelist services without capacities display a fake value when service detail is open

In a pricelist, if a service is created with a capacity, other service created with no capacity specified will display a fake value in this service detail.

FIX Business report S540: Does not include supplier ratings if jobs are assigned to a supplier company but not a specific supplier person

The report omits any ratings done for suppliers if the rated job is not assigned to a specific user at the supplier. This problem has been fixed.

NEW New translation editor: New access right added to automatically enable the new editor by user profile.

A new access right "Enable new translation editor" has been added. If you tick this access right for a user profile then the new editor will automatically switched on for all the concerned users. Users will not be able to switch back the old editor. This access right permits to gradually switch users from the old to the new editor.

NEW Supplier services page improved: Columns can now be customized. Filtering by service custom fields possible.

The Company > Supplier services page now gets column customization and new filters. At the bottom of the page you will find a new "Columns" link to choose the columns you want to see in the list. We recently added the possibility to add custom fields to price list services. The page filter now lets you filter service custom fields.

The xliff format allow to contain "sub" tag in bpt, ept and ph tags.
The system extract the content of this tag is is not empty.

For some reports, the header doesn't show the correct dates selected by the user. Now it does show it.

FIX QA check: Phrase matches versus term matches

QA check: Phrase matches versus term matches
When the full phrase match overlaps with a term match existing in the database (AB contains B), the QA check was raising a false QA flag that the term translation was missing. With the last fix, the full phrase match is given priority, so that the QA does not think that the term translation does not exist.

NEW Standard jobs list: Now possible to customize columns to display

Each user can now customize the columns in the Standard jobs list. Both the order and the columns to show can be set. Look at the "columns" link at the bottom of the jobs list.

NEW Business report S503: Include new placeholder for backup supplier name and price list.

S503 prints a list of supplier services with full details including reference to backup services. We have now added placeholders "BackupCompanyName" and "BackupPriceList" to report S503. The ID of the backup service was already available before.

NEW Projects list (dashboard): Now possible to filter by the user who submitted an order in the project

The new field is named "Ordered by" and is shown in the filter options in the projects list. In addition, you can add "Ordered by" as a column to the list. Please note that "Ordered by" is the user and not the client company (which can of course be filtered since always).

NEW Secret projects: Optionally restrict access to a project to the assigned managers

You will find a new option in the project details page (next to the manager field). If ticked, the project becomes accessible to the assigned managers only. No other users (except administrator level users) will be able to open the project. Please note that administrator level users can see any confidential projects.

When a column with comments is defined on a multilingual excel file, and if the involved segment is split in sub-segment, the comments are not copied to the sub-segments (contrary to the custom field)
