NEW Unziipping archives in project document library - New options for Japanese

When creating zip files on Japanese PCs, some zip tools encode file names with "Shift-JIS" instead of Unicode. The new unzip option is named "Shift-JIS" and uses that encoding.

NEW Microsoft Outlook translation plugin: New option to translate all attachments without intermediate dialog

A new option is added to the Microsoft Outlook plugin from Wordbee. It allows to translate all attachments without prompting the user for language directions. Instead the system uses the last chosen languages.

When copying or consolidating translations to a master memory, new options are added to let a user choose whether to include comments or not, and also which comment categories shall be included.

We further improved the recently added tool in the project document library to extract embedded files of a Word/Excel/Powerpoint document. The tool now further supports embedded files that are binary Office documents as well as ZIP archives.

We updated our webhook system in order to fully support TLS 1.2 & TLS 1.1.

FIX Supplier selector popup sometimes did not show suppliers. Problem corrected.

The problem occurred occasionally when filtering suppliers by a supplier group. When you then select suppliers for a different type of task the list may be empty until you explicitly select a supplier group again. The problem is fixed.

FIX Orders view, "magnifying glass" link is inactive in details popup

In the orders view, when clicking on a reference, a popup appears, with detailed information, and a "magnifying glass" link that lead to the cost popup.

NEW Document library: Right click docx/xlsx/pptx file to extract or insert back embedded files

We added a new tool to the document library to extract files embedded in Microsoft Office documents. This is useful if you want to translate or process them independently from the main document. Simply right click an Office document and choose the new "Embedded files" option.
The new tool also lets you re-insert embedded files once these are translated or edited. Example: Extract embedded files and mark main Office file and embedded files for translation. Once the work is done, navigate to the target language folder in the library and right click the translated Office file. The tool proposes to insert the translated embedded files back.
Final note: The Wordbee filter for Office files permits to translate embedded files out of the box. The above tool is useful if you need to post edit / layout translated files prior to re-insertion.

NEW New Beebox job deadline assignments to jobs in Wordbee Translator

We have implemented a new mechanism to assign deadlines to Wordbee jobs upon reception of a translation request from Beebox. The assignment process works as follows:
* If Beebox does not include a deadline with the request: Estimate workflow deadlines based on the Wordbee project capacity settings. Estimated deadlines are assigned.
* If Beebox includes a deadline: First the system estimates the job deadlines based on the capacity information. In a second step if re-adjusts this estimation to fit the Beebox deadline. This process ensures that the deadline of the last workflow step is exactly the Beebox deadline.
In the past all jobs in the Wordbee workflow were assigned the Beebox deadline.

When the old MOffice files (ex: .doc) were translated, "WORDBEE" appeared in the metadata of the downloaded files for the company name.
