Troubleshooting Via Logs

Wordbee Translation Manager GUI extension and Wordbee Beebox SDL Tridion Connector windows services put all the exception into logs file. Details of any occurring issue could be found in logs. Here is the path of the log files:

·         Wordbee Translation Manager GUI extension logs are available under ‘%TRIDION_HOME%/bin/logs/’ folder. In the folder, logs are being created with ‘WordbeeTranslationManager’ prefix.

·         Wordbee Beebox SDL Tridion Connector windows services logs are available under ‘{service root folder}/logs’ folder. There are two types of logs that could be found in this folder –

o   Info logs – which gives step by step information of processing being done by the windows service. These are named as ‘Wordbee_Tridion_Beebox_Connectors_Info.log

o   Error logs – which gives details about occurring exceptions. These are named as ‘Wordbee_Tridion_Beebox_Connectors_Error.log
