Installation Steps.

We will do an Xcopy installation for the Wordbee Beebox SDL Tridion Connector windows service. Here are the steps: 

• Please copy “Wordbee Beebox SDL Tridion Connector Service” folder from ‘{Deployment packet root}\’ to ‘C:\’ drive. If you choose to copy the windows service folder from some other drive the C: drive, please update the target drive location in batch files @ ‘{Deployment packet root}\Wordbee Beebox SDL Tridion Connector Service\Installation Scripts\’ 

• Then please follow the below instructions, for installing the Windows service: 

• Go to folder, ‘{Deployment packet root}\Wordbee Beebox SDL Tridion Connector Service\Installation Scripts\’, and execute Wordbee_Beebox_SDL_Tridion_Connector_Service_Install.bat (by double-clicking it). 

• During installation, it will ask for a user name and password. Please provide a service account credential there. 

• Post-installation you will find ‘Wordbee Beebox SDL Tridion Connector Service’ at Windows Services console. Please configure the service to start automatically during the server start. 

• Go to ‘C:\Wordbee Beebox SDL Tridion Connector Service\Config\WordbeeTranslationManager.XML’ and configure SQL Server name, login username, and password. Here is a sample entry: 

<Database type="SQL" server="server" database="Wordbee_TranslationManager" username="user" password="password"/> 

• Go to ‘C:\Wordbee Beebox SDL Tridion Connector Service\Config\WordbeeTranslationManager.XML’ and configure key ‘ServiceTcmUserName’ with designated SDL Tridion Account for the windows service. 

• Go to ‘C:\Wordbee Beebox SDL Tridion Connector Service\Config\WordbeeTranslationManager.XML’ and configure key ‘LogFolder’ with log folder path of installed SDL Tridion instance.  

• Go to ‘C:\Wordbee Beebox SDL Tridion Connector Service\Config\AppSettings.config’ and configure TridionLogin and TridionPassword keys. Please provide Tridion admin credential here. 

• Go to ‘C:\Wordbee Beebox SDL Tridion Connector Service \Wordbee.Tridion.Beebox.Connector.exe.config’ and review endpoint addresses. Please update endpoints, if required.
