I cannot translate certain file formats

Email attachments can be of any format such as Word, PDF, Text, Excel, RTF etc.

Some files such as images cannot be translated and are grayed:

It is the Wordbee Translator platform owner who decides which file types are accepted for translation. You may check back with the manager to enable additional formats.

By the way: When you translate selected text in an email, the format used is Microsoft Word.
