Multiple users translating the exact same document

It is common that emails are sent to many recipients at the same time.

If many users request translation of the same attachment, how is this handled? Does the system translate the file multiple times and thus add additional machine translation cost? Fortunately, we put in place a mechanism to (mostly) avoid such situations:

• Once a file has been translated into a language, the translation is reused for any other users requesting the same translation thereafter. The system will immediately return the already translated file.
• Reuse is limited to users belonging to the same company in Wordbee Translator. This ensures total confidentiality.
