Securing Beebox-Sitecore Connector Applications

Keeping up with the spirit of Sitecore security, Beebox-Sitecore Connector ships with some predefined roles with access properly setup on Beebox Applications, Ribbons, and items context menus. 

You have the following roles with access rights pre-set as explained below. 

• Beebox User 

• The Beebox User roles have access to Content Selector Application via, Beebox Tab in the Content Editor Ribbon and Sitecore Applications. 

• Beebox Job Manger 

• The Beebox Job Manager has access to Content Selector and Job Manager through Beebox Tab in the Content Editor Ribbon and Sitecore Applications. 

• Beebox Connector Admin 

• The Beebox Connector Admin has access to Content Selector, Job Manager, and Beebox Settings applications. 

You will need to inherit these roles as per your security configuration in the Sitecore application.
