Advanced permissions

By default, only the administrators are allowed to access Beebox extension.

If you would like non-administrators users to be able to send and/or manage Beebox items, you can grant access to them using the default SiteCore security.

Items concerned

You can modify the access to Beebox buttons for any user/role on the following items:

• Start Menus
• Context Menus
• Ribbon Menus

How to change the rights

• Open Core DB content editor.
• Browse through following nodes one by one:
• /sitecore/content/Applications/Content Editor/Context Menues/Default/Beebox
• /sitecore/content/Applications/Content Editor/Ribbons/Chunks/Beebox Translation
• /sitecore/content/Applications/Content Editor/Ribbons/Ribbons/Default/Beebox
• Open security editor, choose required roles and provide read permission over above items and it's descendant.

The selected users should be able to access Beebox pages.
