How to manage job openings in batch mode

New

We have recently launched a new Access Right (R357) - User can manage job openings in batch mode that Wordbee Administrators can use to manage the way in which jobs are assigned and accepted by external project managers/workers. This article shows you how to enable this access right and how it behaves.

If you have administrative rights,

  1. Go to Settings > Customization > Access Rights and click on Configure.

  2. Open the User profile of an external manager or external worker.

  3. Go to the Jobs - Codyt section to find the new R357 access right. Edit the user profile to be able to enable/disable this access right as you seem fit.

When R357 is enabled, external Wordbee project managers can accept and (re)-assign the job openings that have been proposed to multiple suppliers as well as crowdsourcing work.

To accept and (re)assign all the jobs that have been assigned to your company in a batch,

  1. Log in to your Wordbee platform.

  2. Go to Jobs > All company jobs.

  3. Select all the jobs and click on Actions. A drop-down menu is displayed with several options.

  4. Select Accept job openings to accept all the jobs at once.

  5. To assign the jobs in a batch to one of your workers, select Assign jobs. A new window will be displayed where you can select the worker.

When R357 is disabled, the external Project managers/workers will not be able to view the option Accept job openings in the list of Actions. As a result, the external users can only accept or (re)-assign job openings individually, one by one.

Even with R357 disabled, selecting and assigning several jobs to colleagues is possible if the access right R313 - Can manage jobs at supplier by assigning jobs to colleagues is enabled. The jobs that are not assigned to your company will not be affected by this action!
