API - Remove plugin which fails to load

In page API - List of installed beebox plugins is described which plugins beebox has installed. But if you did a plugin or plugin is outdated and it’s not possible to load, it can be easily deleted by run method which detects broken plugins. Broken pLugin will be permanently deleted.
