resources/comments

This API namespace to find and manage comments attached to segments and documents.

The methods are:

• resources/comments/list
• resources/comments (post)
• resources/comments/{cmid} (put)
• resources/comments/{cmid} (delete)
• resources/comments/{cmid}/notify

TO DO:

• Method to get the people we can send notifs to
• Method to notify a comment by cmid and a list of person ids (notifs are done after adding/updating)
