Once you have configured your forms, you assign them to your clients or corporate users.

This is straightforward:

  • For external clients, navigate to a client company profile and assign a form.
  • For inhouse users, navigate to "My company" and assign the form.

Finally, make sure that users you want to use Microsoft Office translation do have the correct user profile.

Activate Microsoft Office translations for a client company

  • Click Clients in the top navigation menu and select a client. The client profile opens:

  • Under Client portal, assign an Instant Translation form. See above.

Activate Microsoft Office translations for your own corporation

  • Click My Company in the top navigation menu. The company profile opens.
  • Assign an Instant Translation form, similar to the previous chapter.

Authorize individual users

Once a form is assigned to a company, company users (logins) are qualified to translate from Microsoft Office. However, this still depends on the actual user's access rights.

There is a dedicated access right that enables or disables Instant Translation access:

The default user profiles that enable that right are:

  • Manager
  • Team leader
  • Client
  • Client & Worker

If this is too restricted, you can of course customize user profiles to your requirements.
