Installation

To install our plugin you need to go to Download

Our Outlook/Word installation plugins are exe files, so you only need to have permission to install new software on the machine.

After installation, you need to configure your platform.

By default you should see your plugin installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\Wordbee\Wordbee Outlook Addin

Inside your installation directory, there is a file called WordbeeOutlookPlugin.dll.config You need to edit it by adding configuration property.

Open

As on picture appSettings configuration was added.

You need to provide your company identifier in Wordbee and your Wordbee platform URL. If you don't know those details please ask your manager.

After this step, you should be able to connect to Wordbee. If you somehow can't, please check your firewall and if the communication to Wordbee API on port 33443 is whitelisted.
