When viewing the details of a client, you may click on the Prices Tab to see currently available pricelists and configure pricing for the client. On this tab, you will see the name of the client and any current pricelists in the system that may be assigned to the client.
The pricelist showing Default is the current default pricelist for clients in the system. Another pricelist can be set to this by clicking on Set default.
In most cases, a pricelist will be defined for the client or simply be used as a standard pricelist. If you want to define specific pricing details for the client and a pricelist does not exist for them, then one will have to be created in the system (see Managing and Assigning Pricelists).
Click on Details to the right of an item to view further information about a pricelist. This will take you to a nee screen for viewing the details of a particular pricelist.
Items may also be reordered in the list by clicking on a column name on this screen.
You can manage pricelists (edit or create new pricelists) or assign a pricelist to the client by clicking on Manage/Assign in the upper right corner of the screen.

Managing & Assigning Pricelists
After clicking on Manage/Assign Pricelist or Details, you will be re-directed to the pricelist information for your company. If you have clicked on Manage/Assign Pricelists, then you will need to select a pricelist to view its information or make changes.
This can be done by clicking on the drop-down menu to the right of Add new pricelist. Otherwise, if you clicked on Details, you will immediately be redirected to the details for that pricelist.
Adding Pricelists
To create a new pricelist, click on Add new pricelist or Create a copy at the top of the screen. If you create a copy, then the details of the currently selected pricelist will be automatically populated into the new pricelist.
