When the login dialog opens, you supply your Wordbee Translator credentials. If you see a "Login failed" message, something is not quite correct!

This may have multiple reasons.

Make sure your credentials are valid

Please remember that your credentials are exactly the same than those you would use to login online into Wordbee Translator.

First thing to do is thus ensure that your login still works. Click the "Connect online" link in the login dialog:

This opens Wordbee Translator in your browser. Verify if your login works there. If it does not, please ask the manager of the platform.

Make sure that the translation service is enabled for you

Proceed as follows:

  • Login online to Wordbee Translator.
  • Hover the mouse over the Order top navigation button
  • Click Instant Translation

If you do not have this link then the translation service is not enabled for your account. Please ask the manager of the Wordbee Translator platform to activate the service for you.

Check if your firewall lets you use the translation service

It may be that your private or corporate firewall prevents access to the translation service.

Your firewall must authorize outbound connections to:

You can easily check this with a Google Chrome browser (it does not work with other browsers). Type the following address into the address bar:

If your firewall is ok then you should see this:

Still not working?
