Create or update an existing QA profile

The parameters are a JSON object included in the request body:
profileData | Object containing the QA profile data Set the object's ID to the profile you want to update Set the object's ID to "null" to create a new profile | QA Profile (Object) |
RESULTS
The profile's ID will be returned. This can be used when creating a new profile to get it's ID
