NEW Enhanced Supplier Group Visibility

Supplier groups are key to automatically assigning vendors to jobs. While vendor details already display their static supplier groups, this feature has been extended to internal and client users. Internal and client user details pages now include a tab for viewing their group memberships. Please note that dynamic group memberships are not yet displayed.

NEW Autocomplete Functionality Added to "Order Manager" Field on Orders Page

The "Order Manager" field on the Orders page now includes autocomplete functionality, making it faster and easier to select managers.

NEW Automated Fixed Fees Now Available in Client Pricelists

Clientprice lists now support automated fixed amount fees, removing the need for manual entry in invoices. Fixed fees can be set up directly in the pricelist and are automatically applied to client invoices, saving time and minimizing errors.

NEW Context Extraction Added to Multilingual Excel and CSV Parsers

The multilingual Excel and CSV parsers now allow extracting string context, such as software keys or GUI numbers, directly into the 'context' column. Users can select the source column, simplifying metadata extraction and improving context display in the Editor.

IMPROVED Improved Copying of Source Text in the Editor

The Editor now ensures that source text is copied accurately to the target segment in all 'Copy source to target' options.

IMPROVED Improved Data Import feature with Updated Platform Information

The Data Import feature and template now include the latest platform information, such as language codes, task codes, and currencies. This update ensures the template reflects current data, simplifying the import workflow for administrators and reducing potential errors.

IMPROVED New Option to Exclude RegEx Matches in Translation Memory Search

A new setting in Translation Memory 'Search Settings' lets users avoid penalties for text matching a defined RegEx. This allows the system to skip specific text patterns during similarity comparisons, improving pre-translation and better leveraging translation memory hits in the Editor.

IMPROVED Conditional Controls Added to TBX Export Interface for Clearer User Guidance

Conditional controls have been added to the TBX export interface, where radio button options for 'Wordbee fields' and 'Originally imported data' are now activated only when their corresponding creation/modification data checkboxes are selected. This enhances clarity by providing clearer user guidance on available options.

IMPROVED New Custom Shortcut for Invalid Segments and Navigation

The Editor now includes a custom keyboard shortcut to mark segments as red (invalid) and move to the next segment. Unassigned by default, users can configure this shortcut to complement the existing validate-and-move functionality.

Users can now add tasks to a workflow only when in Edit mode. This ensures that all workflow modifications are deliberate and follow a structured approach.
