NEW Enhanced Supplier Group Visibility

Supplier groups are key to automatically assigning vendors to jobs. While vendor details already display their static supplier groups, this feature has been extended to internal and client users. Internal and client user details pages now include a tab for viewing their group memberships. Please note that dynamic group memberships are not yet displayed.

NEW Autocomplete Functionality Added to "Order Manager" Field on Orders Page

The "Order Manager" field on the Orders page now includes autocomplete functionality, making it faster and easier to select managers.

NEW Automated Fixed Fees Added to Price Lists

Price lists now support automated fixed amount fees, removing the need for manual entry in invoices. You can simplify your billing process by setting up fixed fees directly in your price lists. These fees will automatically apply to all relevant invoices, saving time and reducing errors.

NEW Enhanced Context Display in Multilingual Parsers

A new option has been added to the multilingual Excel and CSV parsers, allowing users to extract context/key directly into the 'context' column. This feature lets you select which column to extract from, making it easier to display segment context in the editor for better understanding of translations.

IMPROVED Enhanced Space Usage for Batch Actions Lists

Batch actions popups now dynamically expand the list to use more space, improving visibility and user experience across projects and jobs

IMPROVED Improved Copying of Source Text in the Editor

IMPROVED New Regex Option to Improve Translation Memory Match Accuracy

We’ve added a new option in the Translation and TM settings. Users can now define specific text patterns (using regex) that the system will ignore when comparing similar translations. This results in more accurate pre-translation and better leveraging of translation memory.

IMPROVED Conditional Controls Added to TBX Export Interface for Clearer User Guidance

Conditional controls have been added to the TBX export interface, where radio button options for 'Wordbee fields' and 'Originally imported data' are now activated only when their corresponding creation/modification data checkboxes are selected. This enhances clarity by providing clearer user guidance on available options.

IMPROVED New Custom Keyboard Shortcut for Marking Segments as Invalid in the Editor

A new custom keyboard shortcut has been added in the Editor, allowing users to mark a segment as red (invalid) and automatically move to the next segment. This complements the existing validate and move shortcut. The new shortcut is unassigned a keystroke by default, allowing users to assign it themselves.

FIX Task Addition Restricted to Edit Mode for Workflow Changes

Users can now add tasks to a workflow only when in Edit mode. This ensures that all workflow modifications are deliberate and follow a structured approach.

FIX Resolved First Login Error for New Users Accessing the Editor

New users can now access the Editor without encountering the "Unspecified Error" popup. This issue, related to user preferences on the first login, has been resolved to ensure a smoother experience.

FIX Fixed API V1 Unzip Method for Extracting Files in Document Library
