In the quick access bar, the icon actions features a dropdown list of of automated options that will allow you to apply changes to your working segments. This actions can be run in batch mode, affecting several segments or running several actions at a time.

Working segments relate to different scenarios. They can refer to:
-The active segment: segment you are currently editing.
-The result of a filter: segments currently displayed. To know the scope of your filter, check the number of elements that are affected by your search query on the bottom right corner of the Editor.
-Your full document: if no filters are applied, then the action triggered will affect all the segments of your document.

Clear all segment information | This action will delete all texts and related information attached to the language selected (translation, comments...) |
Clear all QA information | This action removes all QA information from the segment. |
Set custom QA message | Type a message to be display by certain errors |
Custom Fields | Trigger actions in custom fields |
Batch Actions | Apply one or more of the previous actions to your segment(s) |
Find repetitions | This action lets you find multiple occurrences of identical source texts and translations. Use cases are: Find source text repetitions. Find redundant segments that have both identical source text and translation. Find identical source texts that have very similar translations. |
Inconsistent translations | This action identifies identical source texts that have been translated in different ways. It can, for example, find inconsistently translated source strings in a project or job. |
Once you select and configure the action(s) you want to perform, the system will ask you to confirm the changes and also give you the possibility to configure some advanced options to track the changes you will apply.
The batch action menu is also accessible via a dedicated panel that allows you to select and apply batch actions but also save recurring actions as favourite and preview changes.
To access the batch action panel, click on the first option in the Actions dropdown menu.
