If your project manager allows you to work outside of Wordbee Translator, you will be given the possibility to export your jobs in Xliff or MS Word.

Follow the steps below to download the jobs and import them back for delivery.

Export the job

On the jobs page of your Wordbee workspace, select the jobs you want to export and then click the button Xliff/Word:

The following pop-up appears:

You can choose the exporting format and then select all the elements you want to export and then click 'Download'. Note that when you export in Xliff you can export the memory matches in a separate .TMX file that you will be able to upload when working on your own CAT tool environment.

Import the job back for delivery

Once you have completed your exported job, you will have to import it back to your Wordbee workspace in order to deliver it to the project manager. You will find below the procedure.

When you are connected to your workspace, open the online translation editor of Wordbee by clicking 'Translate' next to the job you want to deliver:

Once in the translation editor, hover Documents and click on Import:

You can now Drag & drop or select a file to import the translated file from your computer.

Use the template downloaded from the translation editor for your import. Note that the import has to be done document by document.

Your translations will automatically be saved in your project memory.

Remember to mark your job as 'Completed' to notify your project manager that your job is finished.
