IMPROVED Minimum Automated Cron Synchronization Frequency is now 5 Minutes.

We have increased the minimum automated cron synchronization frequency to 5 minutes in the Automation Configuration screen. Existing projects that were configured with autorun frequencies below 5 minutes will be automatically updated to 5 minutes. The 5-minute frequency should be used for testing purposes only to ensure the best performance possible.

The description for the "Clean up old files" option in Beebox has been enhanced to provide clarity on what will be deleted.
