RTL improvements and Fixes

The tag direction is not consistant with RTL translation

Tags arrow direction in now consistent with the RTL attribute of the translation (visible in the center of the application and in the Translation Finder)
In the Translation Finder, the RTL language is now correctly displayed
In the Phrases tab, the action bar buttons are now independent from the RTL attribute
The system does not replace the double space by a single space and a nbsp (insecable) during the "copy source to target" process
In the Translation Finder, when the user "colorizes" the source text, the problem of replacing the tag by ":~" or ":~" has been fixed.
The behavior of the "Automatically translate terms from translation memory or terminology database hits" option in the translation finder has been fixed

When changing a job's status directly from the new translation editor, the editor was not reloaded. This is now done. If you change the status from In Progress to Completed, the segments are now refreshed to reflect the fact that you cannot edit texts anymore (unless you are an admin or management level user).

[NewEditor] Various improvements

We have improved and fixed some features in the new editor:
-The revisions column is now correctly refreshed without having to reload the page
-The custom field string will no longer display "null" if the field is empty
-It is now possible to drag and drop a tag from the source text to it's target text without removing the tag in the source text (only possible if the source is editable)
-The translation finder "Machine translation" tab will only display if Machine Translation access rights are enabled
-The editor now respects the "Copy source text to editor if no translation memory hit found" and "Can edit/delete records in attached resources" access rights
-Job completion is no longer blocked for External Workers if the access rights allows it

Microsoft Excel - Filtering cells by their color was not accurate for black colored cells

The issue concerned monolingual Excel filters where you configure that black colored cells shall be excluded. Since black cells generally are not assigned any style at all, these "default" cells were not excluded from translation. Similar to this, the same problem happened if you include colors other than black. These problems have been fixed.
