NEW New languages added - Chinese (Australia, Simplified), English (Rwanda), French (Rwanda), Pennsylvania German

Wordbee now supports Chinese (Australia, Simplified), English (Rwanda), French (Rwanda), Pennsylvania German. The respective codes for these new languages are zh-Cn-AU, en-RW, fr-RW, pdc.

NEW Invoice templates: New placeholders Invoice.ClientOrderUserIds and Invoice.ClientOrderContactNames

Invoice.ClientOrderUserIds: List of IDs of the orders which are related to the project to which this client or supplier invoice is attached. Works with both client and supplier invoices.
Invoice.ClientOrderContactNames: List of client person names in the orders which are related to the project to which this client or supplier invoice is attached. Works with both client and supplier invoices.

NEW Reports S301 and S302: New placeholder for displaying the type of work selected in new order form

These business reports permit to export orders and respective sales. We have added a new placeholder "OrderOption". IMPROVED RTL improvements and Fixes

The tag direction is not consistant with RTL translation

Tags arrow direction in now consistent with the RTL attribute of the translation (visible in the center of the application and in the Translation Finder)
In the Translation Finder, the RTL language is now correctly displayed
In the Phrases tab, the action bar buttons are now independent from the RTL attribute
The system does not replace the double space by a single space and a nbsp (insecable) during the "copy source to target" process
In the Translation Finder, when the user "colorizes" the source text, the problem of replacing the tag by ":~" or ":~" has been fixed.
The behavior of the "Automatically translate terms from translation memory or terminology database hits" option in the translation finder has been fixed

FIX [Job Opening] Notification for "Job proposal rejected" being delivered to full pool of suppliers in the job opening

we consider <job rejected> notifications should be handled as system notifications and not user notifications. Therefore:
if an external supplier rejects a job which was offered via a job opening, then the notification generated is only available for people having the right to manage the job in my company.

- Fix the comportement of the "Copy source text to editor if no translation memory hit found" setting when the translation finder has no result
- Fix the shortcut ALT+D which switch the translation status value
- The "Download file" link is now possible even if the file is now previewable
- When the user use the "ALT+SHIFT+F" Shortcut, the system deduce, when is possible, the source and target language to use in the translation finder memory component

IMPROVED Changing status of job in new translation editor did not correctly reload segments to reflect updated access rights

When changing a job's status directly from the new translation editor, the editor was not reloaded. This is now done. If you change the status from In Progress to Completed, the segments are now refreshed to reflect the fact that you cannot edit texts anymore (unless you are an admin or management level user).

A bug has been found within the Client Portal. Clients were able to submit order requests without uploading files to the request, although uploading files to requests are mandatory.

An issue has been found on the "Settings" -> "Custom Fields" -> "Segments custom fields". Adding a new segment custom field shown per each language, although it's defined as only segment dependent.

IMPROVED [NewEditor] Various improvements

We have improved and fixed some features in the new editor:
-The revisions column is now correctly refreshed without having to reload the page
-The custom field string will no longer display "null" if the field is empty
-It is now possible to drag and drop a tag from the source text to it's target text without removing the tag in the source text (only possible if the source is editable)
-The translation finder "Machine translation" tab will only display if Machine Translation access rights are enabled
-The editor now respects the "Copy source text to editor if no translation memory hit found" and "Can edit/delete records in attached resources" access rights
-Job completion is no longer blocked for External Workers if the access rights allows it

The encrypted link (SSL) was missing within the JOB url in the job email notifcations. This has been fixed tested by Wordbee.

NEW Conserve the editor column settings between different jobs

The editor's column settings are conserved when checking differents jobs with the same type of task.

IMPROVED Improvement performed on the New translation editor: Permit administrator to make edits in jobs at any time

Administrators now have unrestricted edit rights for jobs in the translation editor even if the job or the project is completed. Before this change, administrators were not allowed to edit segments if a job became read-only (job completed or archived, or project closed). This change applies to both Codyt and Standard jobs.

NEW Invoices created automatically with hours services results in 2 lines

Invoices created automatically with services having prices not based in wordcount details (hours, minutes, etc) added an extra 0-cost line, which was not needed. This has been fixed and invoices have just one line with the right price, only the counting units for the service need to be adjusted.

Fix the issue related to Interpretation Task, with the new Appointment attribute. There is an option for "Work has a fixed start and end date".
When I disable this option and save. It looks like it has saved, but when I refresh the Tasks page this option is still enabled, so I can't switch it off.

FIX XML filter: Do not add any superfluous name space declarations in the translated XML files

When processing XML documents that declare multiple namespaces and make heavy use of those, the translated document may sometimes add namespace declarations in child nodes which are superfluous. This only happens when flagging content as HTML. With this development, any superfluous namespace declarations in child nodes are removed in the translated file. No other namespace declarations are removed.

Translations where not saved when a user tried to click on the "View comments" button of another segment. This has been fixed and tested by the internal team.

FIX Microsoft Excel - Filtering cells by their color was not accurate for black colored cells

The issue concerned monolingual Excel filters where you configure that black colored cells shall be excluded. Since black cells generally are not assigned any style at all, these "default" cells were not excluded from translation. Similar to this, the same problem happened if you include colors other than black. These problems have been fixed.
