To perform a global search for a term, phrase, etc. across your resources, type in the term or phrase within the Find a translation panel on the Home Page. Then check or uncheck any resources you want search.

Info
titleNote

This tool allows you to enclose a text with double quotes. Such as:  “Hello world”. This does a “phrase” match, which means that the system will attempt to find entire segments that only contain exactly the same text. If there is none, it will show closely related hits.

If you want to find words that are contained in some segments, do not enclose your query in double-quotes. Double quotes are not for searching words or terms contained inside longer segments. They are used to search complete segments only.

A search can be performed for the source language and one target language or multiple target languages. Use the drop-down menus to select the source and target languages. The list of languages is configured in the Global Search Settingssettings.

Once finished, click on Translate to complete the search and view your results.
