Default RTF File Format Configuration

When setting up a file format configuration for RTF files, there are many options to choose from to ensure extraction is successful. The options are described in general below based on individual sectionseach available tab.
- General Tab - Specify what content should be extracted for translation, configure how to handle whitespaces and symbols, and configure text segmentation preferences.
- Do Not Translate Tab - Add specific files to not be translated within the source file, configure certain font colors to not be translated, or define segments or terms (via regular expressions) to be marked as translatable or not translatable.
- Fonts Tab - Options specific to configuring how certain types of fonts will be handled within the source file.
- Reduce Markup Tab - Options for limiting the amount of markup for improved translation memory hits and reduced translator workloads.
- Embedded Files Tab - Configure the extraction of embedded Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or Word files.
