Email attachments can be of any kind of file format such as Word, PDF, textText, Excel, RTF and many othersetc.
Some files such as images cannot be translated , like is the case with imagesand are grayed:
It is the Wordbee Translator manager platform owner who decides which file types are accepted for translation. You may check back with the manager to enable additional formats.
By the way: When you translate selected text in an email, the format used is Microsoft Word.
