To have the Beebox send email notifications you first need to configure an email server. This can be your corporate server, Microsoft Exchange, Google Mail, Microsoft Live or others.

Check your firewall: The Beebox will connect to the email server using SMTP. Make sure Ensure that the Beebox server firewall permits outgoing TCP/IP connections to the server host , port using the tcp/ip protocoland port. Add a firewall rule if access is blocked. |
