Question

I need to integrate the TMS with a third-party system, an accounting system for instance. Is this possible?

Answer

Integrating third-party systems typically involves using APIs to automate the exchange of data. Wordbee Translator comes with a powerful and web-based API that lets you interact with (almost) any data of a Wordbee Translator platform. With some development work, the TMS can be integrated with third-party systems such as accounting software. For example, Wordbee client GlobalVision integrated Wordbee with Quickbooks to manage and track their financials between the two systemsdata available in the solution.

The third-party system sends information and content to Wordbee Translator via the API, where it is translated according to the configured workflows. Once the translation is completed, the translated content is sent back through the API.

Wordbee Translator can also be configured to call web URLs with selected events in your platform. Webhooks are used to connect Wordbee Translator to an outside CRM or other types of application.

It's worth noting that the specifics of integration may vary depending on the systems used, necessitating tailored approaches to meet your requirements.
