Assign form to corporate or client users
This is simple: Navigate to the client company profile and assign the form. For corporate Keep in mind that the form is assigned to a company and not individual users!
For inhouse users, navigate to "My company" and assign the form.
Not all users have the right to use the form, even if you had assigned a form to their company. It depends on the user's user profile. There is a dedicated access right that enables or disables access. The default user profiles enabling access are:
- Manager
- Team leader
- Client
- Client & Worker
If this is too restricted, you can of course customize user profiles to your requirements.
