Once the addin is installed, your Outlook Microsoft Word shows a new Translate option in the Home ribbon. If, after installation, you cannot see this button please close and reopen OutlookWord.

Go to an email and select some text. Then press the Translate button and choose Translate Selection:
A dialog opens to let you choose the language of the text and the language into which to translate:
The dialog proposes an option to get either have the translation pasted directly into your mail. Otherwise, it is shown in Microsoft Word.
After a few seconds the gist translation is ready and opens in Microsoft Word:
Translate attachments
If an email has attachments then you can get them translated. Let's look at this sample email with two attachments:
Click the Translate button, choose Translate attachments and click the attachment you want to get translated:
into the Word document or opened in a separate Microsoft Word window.
In our example we chose to paste back the translation:
Translate complete documents
You can ask the addin to translate the entire document:
A dialog asks you for the languages and translation starts. Depending on the size of your document this may take anything from a few seconds to a few minutes.
A notification pops up on your screen (in the bottom right corner) when the translation was downloaded to your PC. Please read further:Note: Some attachments (such as images) may be grayed and cannot be selected. Read an explanation here.

If you want the addin to "forget" your login, click the About link:
Now, in the About dialog click Disconnect to remove the saved credentials. The next time you ask for a translation the login dialog will open again.
