You can import external terminology into Wordbee provided that it is stored in one of the following file formats:
Align Assist file (*.ftm)

CSV file (*.csv)
This is a plain text file format that uses line breaks to separate characters. It is supported by Microsoft Excel.
Excel (*.xls, *.xlsx)
Open Office Calc (*.ods)
TBX file (*.tbx)
This is an XML-based standard used for exchanged structured terminological data.
TMX file (*.tmx)

How to import a termbase
Go to Resources > Terminology.
Click on Add new to launch the Create new database wizard.
Select Import new Terminology Database from file.
Select the file format you want to import.
Select languages and name your new database.
Browse to the file you need to import.
If you import an Excel or CSV file, you will be prompted to map the columns to the content.
Apply import filters, if necessary.
Preview whether the content is displayed properly.
Click Finish to start the import.
If the import is successful, you can view the total number of terms imported in the Resource details window. Open the termbase in Terminology Manager to view and complete the terminological entries.
