In Wordbee Translator, project manager users can set up a ranking with stars and/or labels to evaluate a supplier, a project, a task, etc. These ratings are saved and allow the system to generate reports and analytics to help teams better manage and select translators for future assignments. It is particularly useful to be better informed on the ability of a certain supplier to handle a certain task. The system can also provide indications of any supplier's performance on criteria such as job acceptance time, timeliness for delivery. You can find these user statistics in the Statistics page of any supplier.
