NEW New Option to Skip Pre-translation from Project Memory for Machine-Translated Hits

The recent update to the word count profile includes a new option: a checkbox titled 'Disregard these pre-translations: Machine translations.' This feature allows users to exclude machine-translated hits from the project memory during pre-translation, focusing instead on translations that are likely to be of higher quality and more accurate. It's important to note that these disregarded machine translations will still be included in the 'Match & Repetitions' column of the word count.

NEW API Version 2: New Methods for Accessing and Updating Codyt Job Costs

We have introduced new API V2 methods to retrieve cost details associated with a Codyt Job, providing a detailed breakdown of expenses. Additionally, we've implemented functions for clearing and recalculating cost details. This is particularly beneficial for integration workflows where job word counts are updated via the API, which require a subsequent refresh of the job's cost estimation. NEW Enhanced Workflow Control with New Automatic Project Cancellation Option

We have introduced a new option for automatic order cancelation. The new option is found under Settings > Client Portal > Advanced Settings, and is named "Cancel Project if All Orders Are Cancelled." When enabled, the system automatically updates a project's status to 'cancelled' when all linked orders are also set to cancelled.

In this release, we've integrated two key capabilities into our DeepL MT connector. The first is glossaries, enabling users to specify vocabulary preferences for precise translations and document-wide consistency. IMPROVED Enhanced 'Regex in Translated Text' QA Rule: Now Supports 50 Expressions

The updated QA rule now permits the definition of up to 50 regular expressions, a substantial increase from the previous limit of 10. These expressions can be applied to translations; if a translation matches any of the defined expressions, it will be flagged for review. Additionally, regular expressions can be used on the source text to selectively exclude certain segments from verification.

IMPROVED Enhanced Naming Convention for Fuzzy Pre-Translations in All Screens

In a prior release, we enhanced the descriptions for fuzzy pre-translations in quotes and invoices across English, German, Dutch, Spanish, French, and Portuguese. We have now extended this enhancement to all platform screens, ensuring uniformity and reducing communication ambiguity with stakeholders.

IMPROVED Real-Time Display of Selected Documents Counts

We have integrated a real-time document count feature into the item selection list during Standard job configuration, providing users with immediate visibility into the selected document quantity. This improvement contributes to heightened accuracy and efficiency in the job creation process.

IMPROVED Enhanced File Naming in Wordcount Feature

The Wordcount feature now generates exported files with improved nomenclature, incorporating pertinent details such as project name, export date, and job ID. Users can expect files named in a standardized format, e.g., 'Wordcount_ProjectName_JobId,' facilitating streamlined file management and retrieval.

NEW Automated User Notification Feature for Account Creation

We've implemented a new feature enabling administrators to automate notification emails for newly created user accounts. This email includes the user's login details and a secure password reset URL, optimizing the efficiency and security of the user onboarding process.

This functionality is accessible through a checkbox within the 'Create New Login' section. The addition of this feature aims to improve user experience, bolster security measures, and simplify administrative tasks associated with user management.

IMPROVED Enhancement of Project Memory Consolidation

Upon the completion of a project, our system facilitates the consolidation of translations into a master memory, either manually or automatically. This process involves the incorporation of new translations or the update of existing ones within the target memory.
Previously, when the system encountered a translated text with multiple identical matches in the memory, it would update only one of those matches. Recognizing the logical need to update all identically matching target hits, we have now upgraded the system to ensure that all corresponding matches are updated simultaneously. This enhancement streamlines the consolidation process, ensuring a more comprehensive and efficient update of the master memory.

IMPROVED Retained Action Selection for Resource Entry

When creating a new entry in the editor for resources, the selected action, whether "Save and Close" or "Save and New," will now be retained as the pre-selected choice the next time the popup is opened. This enhancement ensures a smoother workflow by maintaining the previously chosen action for subsequent resource entries.

IMPROVED New Access Right

A new access right (R220) has been introduced. When this access right is disabled, users will be unable to mark files for no translation.

IMPROVED Improved User Interface for Managing Dynamic Supplier Groups

We have improved the interface for adding suppliers to dynamic groups, and we've included service ratings alongside each service listing. These ratings are service-specific, and not indicative of overall supplier performance. Additionally, a new sorting feature defaults listings based on Supplier Name, Language, Price List, Service Code, and Service Rating for improved organization and usability.

FIX "Automatically Close Completed Orders" Option Issue Resolved

The "Automatically close completed orders" feature had a flaw in the prior version, where orders failed to transition from 'completed' to 'closed.' This issue caused inconvenience and confusion, necessitating manual intervention. A patch has been implemented to rectify this, ensuring the option now correctly updates the order status as intended.

FIX Job Ratings Scale Issue Resolved

In a previous release, job ratings, conventionally ranging from 1 to 5, were erroneously displayed on some business reports (S400, S401, S105, S410) using a scale of 10 to 50. This issue has been successfully rectified.
