Once the addin is installed, your Outlook shows a new Translate option in the Home ribbon. If, after installation, you cannot see this button please close and reopen Outlook.

First time users fill in credentials

Click the Translate button. If this is the very first time, a login dialog opens:

Enter your Account ID, Login and Password. These are the same credentials you maybe already use to login to Wordbee Translator online.

If you do not yet have a login, please ask your translation provider. Connect Online sends you to the online login page for Wordbee Translator.

Your credentials are remembered by the addin so that you do not need to login over and over again. You can clear the saved credentials from the About dialog.

Translate selected text

Go to an email and select some text. Then press the Translate button and choose Translate Selection:

A dialog opens to let you choose the language of the text and the language into which to translate:

After a few seconds the gist translation is ready and opens in Microsoft Word:
