Censhare

The Wordbee Beebox Connector for Censhare makes translating content an efficient and user-friendly process. The connector links up with your Censhare to receive content to translate and to push back translated content. The Censhare integration requires an initial configuration to adapt to your specific content and workflows. It plugs into a TMS such as Wordbee Translator or any other using XLIFF exchange.

• Preview and approve translations prior to publishing updated content.

Translation cost optimization:

• Automatically identifies if a sentence or paragraph has been translated in the past. The system automatically reuses past translations and does not send previously translated content to your translation team.
• Automatically identifies repeating sentences and paragraphs from the new translation requests and sends these only once for translation. This may lead to an overall translation volume reduction of 20% or more. Your translation provider receives unique content only (option).
• If your site has already been translated, you can have your existing translations aligned and submitted to your translation team for approval, adding that content to your translation memories.

Compatibility

• Works with any Censhare version.
• Supports high volumes of hundreds of megabytes or more.
• Does not require changes to Censhare.

Implementation

The Beebox Connector is available as a plugin for your own or a hosted Beebox. In a hosted scenario, you will be given an FTP access to send and receive requests. In a self hosted setup, you install Beebox and the Beebox Censhare Connector to your own server(s).

Prior to installation, the Connector is configured by Wordbee to your specific Censhare setup and workflows.
