We have fixed a rare case where some hits could be excluded in the Translation Finder when terms were translated across language variants (fr-FR and fr-BE for example). All terms will now display in all situations.

Export segments functionality was corrected , where previously it was getting an error of operation failed regardless of the type of filtering made. Currently the filtering is effective with its different fields as the source language, translation statuses, translation bookmarks,..etc.

FIX [Automatic invoice creation] Visibility of automatically generated supplier invoices in line with the "default cost visibility" defined at company level
Workflow templates allow you to automatically create vendor quotes and invoices when the suppliers accept their job openings and complete their tasks. Once these invoices are generated, they may be available to the supplier companies in their Invoices tab, if the default visibility of costs has been set up to be shown/hidden.

When submitting deliverables in the editor, the user was limited in file size upload. We have bumped this limit up to 512 MB which should allow file uploads in practically all use cases.

IMPROVED [Editor] Removed auto scroll when huge segments are detected
In order to preserve a context when working on segments, when a segment is focused, the scroll is adjusted to view both the previous and next segment. However, this lead to unwanted results when working with very long segments. This behavior has been remove when such a scenario exists.

Sorting of supplier groups is done based on the descending order, then on name (alphabetically , case insensitive)

IMPROVED [Editor] The behavior of the job's list has changed
The job's list used for navigating between jobs in the editor used to display all jobs in your platform. We think that it is not very relevant to display closed / cancelled / inactive... jobs, and in the case where you have a lot of jobs, it could take a very long time to display them.
With this development, it is now possible to display only jobs with "Proposal", "Not Started" and "In Progress" status which have been created in the last month.
You will still be able to retrieve the other jobs in your Wordbee platform in the Jobs tab.

IMPROVED Dynamic supplier groups: When supplier has multiple qualifying services select by preference the one in the default price list
When a supplier has 2 or more services that all qualify in a dynamic supplier group (e.g. you add the same service twice in 2 different or the same price lists), then we currently order all services by descending rating and pick the first one. We now have slightly changed this mechanism: We now sort the services by how good the language codes match, then by descending rating and finally by the price list name (with the default price list in first position). This means that if all services have the same rating, the system will prefer the default price list over any other.

NEW Excel filter settings: Allow for more size limit options under the "QA" tab
When you have a lot of Excel columns and each require different size limits, then the filter did not allow to set more than 3 different limits. This is now extended to 10 limits.

NEW Populate supplier invoice details from an Excel file - And calculate cost on top
Note: This feature is already available for client invoices (WM-1454).
In Wordbee, supplier invoices are typically created automatically from word counts and client or supplier prices. We added an alternative possibility: Upload an Excel file with word count details directly into an invoice. Such Excel files may come from a third party TMS or your own systems.
This extracts: Document names, Languages, Word counts, Pre-translations, Fuzzy matches etc. Costs are calculated from client price list and service details.

FIX [API] Issue with method : projects/{PROJECTID}/documents/codytdocument2?token={TOKENID}
There was a behavior issue with this API method, when using machine translation in a word count configuration, and using this configuration to create a document, it did not machine translate the document.

FIX QA rule: The ignore case option in the Terminology Check QA rule not working in all cases
If you tick the ignore case option in the Terminology Check rule, the system must disregard and case differences when searching for terms in the source text. This was only the case if one or more letter differ in case. However, if entire words are all uppercase e.g. it did not work. This problem has been fixed.
