Reference Numbers

Reference numbers can help you quickly identify a project or client request in the system. Such identifiers can also be used for further reference in notifications or even in payment documents.

These identifiers can also be built following a pattern, so you can accommodate your own counting system in the platform.

Its format can be configured by Managers or the Administrator of the system in Settings > Reference numbers,
