Enabling and disabling a file format configuration

A disabled file format configuration cannot be used in the system. You might disable a configuration that is incorrect, a draft, or not to be used at this time.

Procedure

To enable or disable a file format configuration, complete the following steps:

1. Go to Settings > Customization > Translation Settings > Document Formats.

2. On the list of document formats, click on the type of files for which you want to enable or disable a configuration, for example, Image files.

3. On the ‘Document formats’ page, on the right side of the page, select the configuration that you want to enable or disable.

4. On the page of the selected configuration, in the Status field, click Enable or Disable.
