Create project word count setting

This method creates the word count configuration of the project.

(POST) projects/{projectid}/wordcounts/settings

token	The token obtained on connection	Required
projectid	The project identifier.	Required
sourcelocale	The source language of the configuration. See Languages for a list of all supported ISO-2 language codes.	Required
targetlocale	The target language of the configuration. See Languages for a list of all supported ISO-2 language codes.	Required
configid	The id of the word count profile to use as reference to create the project word count configuration. See Word count profiles to get the list of existing word count profiles	Required

The word count identifier.
