settings/srx

Retrieves the list of all SRX rules with ID, name and language.

These rules serve to decompose the content of a file into sentences or small translation units. Split points are for example the full stops. Rules are generally language specific and can be customized online.

This method returns just the list of available rule sets. Use settings/srx/{id} to retrieve the actual XML-formatted rules.

URL

(GET) /api/settings/srx

PARAMETERS

The method has no parameters.

RESULTS

The result is a JSON array with one element per SRX rule set:

idUnique identifier of rule set.int
loc

Language of rule set. This can be:

  • A language code, such as "en", "fr". Codes are always without regional identifier.
  • "default": This is a language independent rule set. When segmenting in a language the system automatically concatenates the language independent rules and the language dependent rules.

string
nameOptional name for the rule set. Names are used when you add your own rules.string?
descOptional description.bool

To retrieve the actual SRX rules for a rule set, use this method:

settings/srx/{id}
