Text Status (Enumeration)
The status assigned to a translation (or a source text) of a segment.
It is mostly encoded as a number but in some places as a string.

0 | None | None. "Gray" status in the editor. |
1 | Ok | Ok. "Green" status in the editor. |
2 | Problem | Error. "Red" status in the editor |
