Jobs Filtering

1. Filtration based on Status, Source Language and Target Language :

•  In Beebox Jobs Management page, the jobs can be filtered based on Status, Source Language and Target Language.
•  Available options of status are "In Translation", "In Quotation" and "Translated".
•  All the configured source languages are listed as Source Language options.
•  All the configured target languages are listed as Target Language options.

        Filtration can be done in different combinations like 'Status and Source Language' or 'Status and Target language' or 'Source language and Target Language' or 'Status, Source Language and Target Language'.

        Job Id can also be included with the above three filtering options.

        The following picture shows the filtration using Status, Source Language and Target Language :

   2. Job Id Filtration:

       The jobs can be filtered based on Job Id by entering the desired job Id in "Job Id Filter" present in the top bar and then clicking on Submit button.

  3. Text Filtration: 

      The jobs can be filtered through the title or page path. Entering the desired title or page path in the "Text Filter" present in the top bar and then clicking on Submit button results in filtered results.
