Whether you translate selected text or attachments, all the finished translations are saved to your PC in a special file directory.
You can locate the directory this way:
- Click the Translate button and then All translations:
- Click the folder icon on a line. The file explorer opens the directory containing the translation:
Note: The actual location may differ on your computer with respect to the screenshot above.
The system creates one separate directory per each email. It contains all translations you requested for this specific email.
The directory name itself is a long alphanumeric code and assigned by Outlook.
