All operations whether successful or failing are written to a text file on your PC.

Although you likely won't see problems, it may happen:

  • A translation fails
  • A dialog does not show up
  • Translation never finishes
  • Product stops working
  • ...

 

The first step is to open the log file. You do so from the About screen:

A dialog opens. Now click the View logs link:

The log, which is a simple text file, opens.
