QA term check rule: New parameter added to define if terms in the source texts are looked up at 100% or below in the term bases

We have added a new parameter to the term check rule. By default, when a system looks for terms in a source text it looks for identical hits in the term bases only (there is a case sensitive option only). With this development you can specify if minor variations are acceptable. For example to accept a spacing or punctuation difference. This "Source term similarity" parameter defaults to 100%.

Order requests for which Skip counts & cost step was enabled for the option selected were not being listed in the platform if the order submission failed.

Regular Beebox projects: Counts in Wordbee Translator did not properly show fuzzy pre-translation counts

When sending a job from Beebox to Wordbee Translator, a word count is executed. The word count may identify fuzzy pre-translations using the memories in the Wordbee project. However, the fuzzy translations were wrongly counted in the identical pre-translation column. This problem occured with regular Beebox projects only (and not pass-through projects)

The algorithms underlying translation memory and term base search/leveraging have been reworked. The goal was to improve leveraging accuracy for pre-translations, term recognition and matches in general.

The development concerns Word counting, Translation finder (old and new editor) and Word/Excel/Xliff exports including memory hits.

A new (manager accessible) report with very detailed word count and leveraging details has been added. This function can be accessed in the bottom of the "Codyt management popup" / word count tab and the Standard word count details popup of a document.

An upcoming release will focus on some performance improvements of word count operations and adjustments to the calculation of hit similarities.

When translating files: Add support for all Unicode ranges including new Emoji characters.

We removed limitations with respect to permitted Unicode characters. As the standard evolves (now at Unicode version 12), more and more ranges are assigned. This item removes any restrictions and is thus automatically compatible with any upcoming Unicode versions.

The Order ID is now available in the Supplier Quotes & Invoices dashboard. You will be able to use it in form of a column as well as searchable filter in the global quotes/Invoices list for suppliers (column only available upon access rights and hidden by default). For those making use of the Client Portal and enabling automatic invoicing for suppliers, the visibility of Order IDs becomes becomes really useful, since it eases the processing supplier quotes & invoices for further validation, aggregation, etc.

Wordbee has improved the way the columns displayed in the editor are selected. The editor will now use the layout the user has defined and the languages that are given through the edit link. The improved layout will now adapt to all columns referring to the first source and target languages of the user's layout to those given through the url.
