Configuring order forms: When setting default custom field values. Hierarchical drop down custom fields do not properly remember default values.

When setting up an order form you can decide to show custom fields to clients. You can further specify default values with which the fields are pre-populated when a client goes to the order form. Default values were not taken into account if the custom field is an hierarchical drop down list (i.e. shown as 2 separate pick lists). The problem has been fixed.

In Wordbee invoices are typically created automatically from word counts and client or supplier prices. We added an alternative possibility: Upload an Excel file with word count details directly into an invoice. Such Excel files may come from a third party TMS or your own systems.
This extracts: Document names, Languages, Word counts, Pre-translations, Fuzzy matches etc. Costs are calculated from client price list and service details.

QA Term Check rule: Eliminate false positives by accepting minor variations in the translation of the term (such as plural vs singular)

We have added a new option to the Term Checker QA-rule. This rule looks up terms in a source text and checks if the translator used the exact same term translations. The new option let you specify if translated terms must be identical or just very similar to the translations found in the term base. The latter will then not flag differences such as plural/singular as problem cases.
This helps to eliminate a lot of false positives.

Email reminders for deadlines: New project workflow option to remind suppliers by email

The workflow settings of a project got a new feature (See "Workflow & Suppliers" page of project). The new option "Send email alerts to suppliers when deadline approaches" sends deadline reminders to suppliers. For example 1 hour, 4 hours or days prior to the deadline.
You can customize the layout and content of these emails under "Settings" > "Email notifications".

Description:
The current workflow and order TR+REV+KL is eliminated and removed from the order form. The order form is expanded by a field called “Referenz-Auftrags-ID” (referenced order ID) which allows each client by dropdown to connect an order to an earlier order irrespective of its status, except canceled orders (i.e. client can choose incomplete orders too, in this case, no final file would be added but only source file and intermediary versions would be added only if available). A mouse over help box will be added to the field.

Messages added to a job which is a job opening are now sent to all vendors (except with inactive jobs).

When an internal user adds a message to a job opening, the system now email-notifies all the suppliers that had been invited to the job opening. On the other hand, if a supplier replies back or asks a question, the message is sent to the project manager only (and not all the other suppliers).
Special notes: No emails will be sent for inactive jobs. An internal user is considered supplier if he/she is also invited to the opening.

Customers whose platform is hosted in our European Azure data center will experience faster memory searching e.g. in the editor's translation finder. New workflow option: decide whether workflows be created with an active (default) or inactive status when new files are added to a project

When new files are added to an ongoing project via Beebox, the order form or manually, the system creates workflows and starts them immediately (i.e. emails sent to suppliers etc.). The new option allows you to create the workflow and set it up as "inactive", so managers can validate the job assignments and other configurations before they kick of the proposals. The new option is named "Workflow start" and it is available in the worflow template of any Codyt project.

Users can by default decide whether to remove untranslated segments or not from search results. By default the option is not ticked and thus shows translated segments only. To give more time to our users to plan for the switch over from the old to the new editor, we have extended the transition period. The old editor will now be turned of on January 1st 2019.
This comes in handy as well, since we will add a wide range of performance and functionality enhancements to the new editor in the last quarter.
