The new features are:
(1) All filters have a new option to hide leading and trailing markup after segmentation. In the past, when segmentation split a segment, no markup was hidden. This new option may reduce markup in the editor. Look for "Trim leading and trailing markup after segmentation" in the filter.

(2) The HTML filter for "Web files" now includes the option to not assign sequential numbers to markup (div1 div2...) but "hashcodes". The hashcodes are 2 or 3 digit numbers calculated from the markup content. Consequently, 2 tags with the same content may get the same markup name. Use with care.

(3) The "Words or Terms" options in multilingual filters have been improved. This serves to convert text into markup based on regular expressions (obfuscation, tampering protection etc).

The new option enables you to describe the markup with your own words. In the past, all such markup was named "x1", "x2", etc.

Perfect (110%) and exact (100%) segments that are pre-translated from previous file version are now locked in the Translation Editor as expected.

In the past, such segments did not get locked even though the settings were enabled in the word count profile attached to the project.

Flex and Jaws workflows can now auto-generate client and supplier invoices

When translating Flex/Jaws files you can now activate automatic and incremental costing of work. Please check out the new "Flex" tab in the project workflow & suppliers page.

The following changes are included:
* Re-organisation of the workflow & suppliers page to better organize options.
* New API 2 methods for Flex to download transactions in JSON and HTML format (see respective section in the API 2 documentation).
* Both logs and API push methods now include details regarding "post operations": re-opening jobs, notifications, client costing and supplier costing.
* The options to reopen completed jobs with new content and to notify suppliers with updates to Flex containers have been moved from the Flex configuration page to the workflow profile page. This is a more logic place.

[Jobs] Automatic consolidation of translations

Managers can now consolidates segments of different language variation to the primary language if it exists in the master resource.

Example: If the project language is "en-GB" and the resource to consolidate is into "en" and not "en-GB", then the segments will move to "en".

This enhancement enables you to reuse all contents in future projects without creating duplicate segments.

[Pricelist] Manual Job costing

When disabling a price list in a Codyt project, the Client's Count & Cost still showed the disabled price list when setting to calculate. We have improved this feature.

The selected price list for the project is now updated automatically for all old and new documents under Client's Count & Cost. When you set the cost, a new icon is available to indicate that the shown price list is disabled or different from the one assigned to the project.

[Flex] Flex related translation work can now be costed in Wordbee Translator

We have added the possibility to cost and invoice client and vendor work on Flex documents. This new feature benefits language workers who are assigned a Flex document, and receive requests for content additions at different points in time.

Because the word count in Flex and crowdsourcing jobs is dynamic, costing and invoicing have posed a challenge in the past. The new API methods we have developed now facilitate the use of Flex in real-world workflows.

[API2] Search API method now accepts highlight mode to flag matching terms and variants

This new API release applies to termbases only! If you use it with other resources, the system will be slower in execution.

When you "/search" and filter on one or more languages in the termbase, and set "highlight": "FlagTextHits," then any term variants that match in the filtered language will be tagged with "_ismatch": true. This allows you to see which of the term variants actually matched the filter.

[Order form] Auto-populate custom fields with company/person-related data

We have enhanced the settings of the New Order Form to enable you insert Company/Person-related data into custom fields by means of placeholders.

This feature is compatible with "Order" custom fields of type “text” and “pick-list with custom text allowed”.

This enhancement enables you to populate given fields from the "requester's" profile in the translation request. The information will be included in the Order Details and other areas of the system.
