Edit fields
To edit the TBX fields, proceed as follows:
Use the Edit button under Settings.
Adjust the settings of the TBX field you want to modify.
Click OK to apply the changes.
Open a terminology database in Terminology Manager to view the changes in the term entry structure.

Customize default fields when editingBy default, Wordbee displays the following fields when you edit a concept or a term: Definition, Explanation, Process status. Let us assume that you want to include also the Usage status field. To do this, edit the settings of the TBX fields and then add TBX field ID administrative status.
Promote fieldsIn the termbase Editor, you have the option to add additional TBX fields to your terminological entry by using the Add property+ function. As the list of properties is quite long, you can use Field Selector: Promote fields to promote the fields you use regularly at the top of the list.
