II. Standard job
See a job proposal: 2 different ways
- From the Recent jobs panel of the Home page
...
- From the menu bar
- Click on Jobs and you reach the Standard jobs page (screenshot below)
- Click on Select to reach the Job details page
...
- From the email
...
- Click on the link to access the job
Accept or decline a job
...
- Write a message for the client if you want to.
- The Terms and Conditions checkbox may appear (according to the Administrator's choice). If it is the case, don't forget to tick it.
- Click on OK when you are finished.
Change the status of the job
The status of the job is automatically set to In progress.
- In the Documents section, you can see a list of the different documents that are part of the project. Whenever you want to start the translation/revision of one of the documents, click on the arrow next to Not started and select In progress:
An external worker (translator, revisor, ...) can accept the job through their Wordbee workspace in one of several ways depending on the project type. If the job has already been assigned to you, then you just need to confirm you are going to do the task by changing its status to "in progress". Find all the details to achieve this below:
Access the job page
You can access any of the jobs directly from the home dashboard or by clicking/hovering the Jobs link in the main bar.
To accept any job proposal/assignment, select any of the recent jobs with status not started and access the job details on the next page. Note the task + languages column already tells you if you are part of a job proposal, or if the job has been assigned to you:
