You'll need a login to a the Wordbee Translator platform, be it your own or that of your translation provider. Wordbee Translator is a cloud-based translation system. Please request the credentials from your provider . The Outlook addin will ask you for your credentials on first use. Check back with your translation provider on translation charges.or your Wordbee Translator administrator.
